We happily offer free returns on purchases from econiclab.com within 30 days. At Auxergen, we are committed to making products that are proven to work and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please send an email to info@eoniclab.com to begin the return process.
Please note: All returns and exchanges are subject to validation and approval at our discretion. Auxergen Eonic™ Cell Vitality Cream purchases can be easily returned by mail with our pre-paid shipping labels.
- Please include your name and proof of purchase with order number
- Print your FREE return label sent to you by us
- Pack your returned or exchanged items safely in a secured package, attach your pre-paid shipping label and mail your items using the shipping company provided to you by us

Once your return is validated and approved, please allow 7 to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. For exchanges, we will confirm the tracking number and the date in which you should expect your new products.
Shipping & Delivery
Auxergen offers free standard ground shipping on all orders, excluding tax, and after promotional discounts are applied when shipping to destinations within the United States and Canada.
Please note: After an order is received by our warehouse, please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing.
